The Role:

We have a rapidly growing Data Planning team where your contributions will make a big impact in fast growth of company. This is purely a technical role where need to have hand on with data. Extracting Data from Database then segregate them into meaningful Segments, run campaigns and to analyse campaign performance. Within CRM, we have ambitions to increase the pace and scale of our data driven test and learn programs to offer more personalised experiences to client’s customers.

  • Data Segmentation, Targeting and analysing the campaign performance to provide better cross selling/ upselling.
  • Setting up multi-channel journeys and automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building and running marketing campaigns, HTML amends (Digital Content editing), and SQL scripts.
  • Gather requirement from marketing professional and then translate them into meaning full data selection criteria and exclusions rules for Campaign.
  • Amending Digital content in Email and SMS such as hero images, call to action (CTA), links, footers, etc.
  • Have robust knowledge of data tables in database and analysing them for data quality issues, root cause the errors and create documentations.
  • Owning and maintaining the data-briefing document (BAC’s) throughout the campaign life.
  • Generate campaigns for data selection in UAT (development) server. Perform the QA and transfer it into production server. Provide an end-to-end solution from brief, scoping & design to QA & release.
  • As a SF Campaign developer you will responsible for preparing data for a wide range of marketing campaigns cross-channel, including email, push notifications and SMS.
  • Require Data modelling (propensity modelling, predictive modelling) implementation into campaign to determine next best offer.
  • Drive campaign improvement – shown by increased response rates / NPS improvements etc.
  • Working with stakeholders, coordinating and communicating with different Departments of CRM, Acquisition, Retention and Delivery to produce regular and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Create Campaign to support A/B testing, subject line testing and waving of campaign broadcast.

The Candidate:

  • The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Data Extraction and management.
  • Minimum 3–5-years’ experience in a market-leading CRM tool and implement campaigns on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.   
  • Tech Stack: essential Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud developer level ; optional Salesforce Sales Cloud or architect level for salesforce marketing cloud.
  • Expert in Digital content Editing such as photos, links, email headers and footers, and content, etc.
  • Data administrator: should be able to create and delete tables as required, and segment data to attain highly personalized email.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce out-of-the-box best practices and functionality.
  • Good understanding of campaign reporting and Expert in Microsoft Excel to advance level. Able to create excel formulas to manipulate data and able to provide data insights.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in Analytics tools or data visualization tool such as Tableau, Tealium is good to have. 
  • Ability to articulate analysis for a non-technical audience.
  • Stakeholder management – works closely with commercial stakeholders in order to build & execute campaigns.
  • Educated to a degree standard.
  • Focused and diligent when delivering high quality solutions in a fast moving environment.
  • Be able to solve problems using technology and quickly spot issues or opportunities amongst the detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work proactively and independently.

Interview Process:

There will be three stages interview process:

  1. An hour telephonic interview to discuss background, experience, requirements, and candidates desired career path and fit for role.  This should be seen as a two way exercise and a chance for the candidate to get to know us as well.
  2. A secondary face to face meeting to run through a number of technical and competency based questions.
  3. HR interview.
